Join Herd of Turtles for a joyful holiday music celebration!

Volunteers will help lead favorite seasonal songs, distribute and play hand percussion instruments, encourage residents to participate, and spend time visiting with members of the senior community.

The holidays can be a difficult and lonely time for older adults, especially those who are separated from family or living with dementia. Your presence can help make the season feel brighter, warmer, and more connected.

No professional musical experience is necessary. Volunteers can sing, play instruments, clap along, assist residents, or simply provide a friendly and caring presence.

Festive clothing and holiday accessories are welcome, provided they are comfortable and appropriate for the facility. Volunteers with Herd of Turtles shirts may wear them as well.

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before the event for check-in, setup, and instructions.
